Heart Hero Program
The Jayden DeLuca Foundation’s Heart Hero program is proudly funded by the Nagel Foundation and is a free, year-round program for children with congenital heart disease and the people who love them.
Through special events and shared experiences, families have the chance to connect, build lasting relationships and find support in a community that truly understands.
Philanthropy in Action
Through partnerships locally with St. Luke’s and Children’s and nationally with Hospital Colorado, we help provide comfort, resources and moments of joy to heart families during some of their most difficult days.
Patient Assistance Fund
The Jayden DeLuca Foundation’s Patient Assistance Fund offers financial relief to families navigating the challenges of congenital heart disease. By covering essential expenses like travel, medical equipment and uncovered bills, we help ease the burden so families can focus on what matters most: their child’s health and healing.
